I received an invoice or past-due notice, but the dates don’t seem accurate. 

The chart below shows the approximate dates on which each issue of The Upper Room devotional was invoiced. Please note that invoices are considered past due 30 days after the renewal date. 

Going forward, all invoices will be sent on the 15th of the month in which the issue ships. For example, the July/August issue will ship in May and invoices will be sent on May 15th.

Why does my invoice say I am past due when I recently made a payment? 

If you recently mailed a check, it may take a few days for your payment to be processed and reflected in your account. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience. If you're unsure whether your payment was received, you can check the status of your open invoices by logging into your account or by contacting customer care.

What happens if I don’t pay by the due date? 

Subscriptions that remain unpaid for more than 120 days will be canceled. To avoid interruption, we encourage you to pay promptly or set up automatic payments (see below). 

  

Can I pay my invoice online? 

Yes! Paying online is quick and secure. We accept both credit cards and ACH (automatic bank account withdrawal). Choose one of the options below: 

If you have an account with us: 

  1. Click “Log In” at the top right of our website. 
  2. Once logged in, select “My Account.” 
  3. Under “Open Invoices,” choose the invoice(s) you’d like to pay. 
  4. Follow the prompts to complete payment via credit card or ACH.

Want to set up automatic payments?

You can manage your payment method for each active subscription directly on our website. Return to the My Account and click “Subscriptions” to view your active subscriptions. Find the subscription you’d like to edit, click on “Subscription Settings” and then “Update auto-renewal settings” to add a new Payment Method.
